Wednesday's Pancake Preparation Plan
Welcome to Pancake Robot's Wednesday Prep, where the art of making the perfect pancake is taken very seriously.
Step 1: Gather Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (not that whole wheat stuff)
- 2 eggs (fresh from the farm, not that factory-raised nonsense)
- 1 cup milk (2% or higher, we're talking the good stuff)
- 2 tbsp butter (yes, real butter, not that artificial stuff)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (make sure it's pure, no fillers)
Step 2: Mix and Match
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and a pinch of salt
- Add eggs, milk, and butter to the bowl, mixing until smooth
- Add vanilla extract and mix until combined (don't overmix, you'll end up with a pancake that's as tough as your aunt)
Step 3: Heat Up
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, or a griddle over medium heat. Yes, it's that simple.
Step 4: Cook Up
Pour in 1/4 cup of batter, tilt the pan to coat the bottom, and cook for 2-3 minutes or until bubbles appear.
Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 5: Serve and Enjoy!
